His consulting work spans both qualitative methods (focus groups) and quantitative analysis (economic modeling), with clients including the World Bank, the Government of Serbia, and private companies. In recent years he has combined that policy depth with hands-on AI programming, creating agents that solve real problems for real organizations.

Biljana is one of Serbia’s most respected voices in social policy, with a career spanning UNICEF, the World Bank, the Government of Serbia, and numerous NGOs. She brings deep expertise in social protection systems, vulnerable populations, and the design of public programs that reach people who need them most. Nicholas brings decades of software engineering experience, shaped by years living and working in the United States — including a role at Oracle, one of the world’s leading technology companies. After relocating to Serbia, he applied that enterprise-level expertise to the banking sector, building robust and reliable systems in demanding environments. At AI za Narod, Nicholas leads technical architecture and ensures our AI solutions are built to last — scalable, secure, and production-ready.
