A look at what we’re building. Real tools, real impact, in development.
AI za Narod is a young agency, and our work is intentionally focused. Rather than chase every AI trend, we’re building deep, useful prototypes in domains that matter: access to public services, family transitions, and other places where AI can meaningfully reduce the cost of getting help.
Current project
Eligibility Criteria Agent
An AI agent that helps applicants understand whether they qualify for funding, social programs, or services — before they spend hours filling out forms they have no chance of being approved for.
The problem
Eligibility rules for social programs, grants, and public services are often buried in dense legal text. People who could most benefit from these programs frequently don’t apply because they can’t tell if they qualify — and organizations waste time reviewing applications from people who never had a chance. Both sides lose.
Our approach
A conversational AI agent walks applicants through the relevant questions in plain language, references the underlying rules transparently, and gives them an honest assessment of their likely eligibility — along with next steps if they qualify, or alternatives if they don’t.
Status
Working prototype, available to try below. Currently scoped to a specific program; expansion to additional programs and partner organizations is underway.
Current project
Divorce Companion Agent
An AI agent that walks people through their divorce — surfacing what to expect, what their rights are, and how to navigate the financial and emotional decisions, with a particular focus on protecting children.
The problem
Divorce is one of the most stressful, expensive, and confusing legal processes most people will ever go through. Legal advice is costly and often inaccessible to those who need it most. People make consequential decisions — about money, custody, housing — without a clear picture of their options.
Our approach
An empathetic AI companion grounded in family law that answers questions clearly, explains the typical process step by step, and helps people prepare for conversations with lawyers, mediators, and each other. Not a replacement for legal counsel, but a way to enter that process informed instead of overwhelmed.
Status
In development. Designed in close consultation with family lawyers and social workers. Expected first public version later this year.
What’s next
We’re scoping further projects in social protection, public health, and access-to-justice. If your organization is working in a domain where AI could meaningfully help — and we’re not yet building for it — we’d love to hear from you.
Have a problem AI might solve?
If you’re working on something where AI could genuinely help — and you want a partner who’ll be honest about what’s possible — let’s talk.
